Good Morning and happy Monday! Every now and then I like to do a vlog on some reptile facts. Some are things you might already know and some might be new facts. Let me know in the comments if you liked it and also what facts should I cover next time? Feeling pretty good this morning, thankfully! So we will get a lot accomplished today and do it joyfully! I think that is the key to try to be grateful and happy even when you are busy or have a hectic day. I have been working on this daily, but I often need improvement. So keep working on yourself and self love! Groundhog Day is tomorrow and that means six weeks until spring! I am excited because I truly believe that spring will be magical this year! We not only will have the beauty of seeing life emerge from winter, but in a lot of ways the world will slowly be emerging from over a year of strangeness... We will get there! Here's some reptile facts YOU need to know. Atheris chlorechis are NOT pit vipers. Atheris species are not pit vipers.

I think people can benefit with husbandry tips; space needed, substrates, humidity levels, requirements, enrichment options and needs, they greatly vary by species and I think people should know that. I hate seeing that someone has their snake or lizard in a boring enclosure with water and substrate and maybe one hide! Sad!!

Hello Brian, I am starting to prepare my self to get a ball python. I watched VLOG 534 on making a ball python setup for under $100, but that was for babies. Any chance you could make another video where you pick up from there and show what upgrades to do as the snake grows? It would be a great help so I would have a better idea of what I am doing if I don't happen to get a snake under a year old. I'm sure it is simple things like going to a 20 gallon tank and stuff but I want to make sure I do it right and you are 100% the right person to ask.

I got quite excited to see your mourning gecko, I have some and love them. There are males out there (one was sold to me as Male but I researched as knew it was unlikely) but most of the worlds population is female

Thank you for making this video I really enjoyed it, and I really thank you should do some more. Something I would enjoy is maybe you going over the different morphs of some ball python and colubrid snakes and just tell me and all the viewers what A lot of the different morphs show in a snake.

Brian, this vlog was really interesting. I didn’t know that chameleon’s didn’t actually change colours & it was cool to know about their hue. I also thought the anaconda was the largest snake too, so that was cool to know. I love the colours of Ivy, she’s stunning.

I hope someone may be able to answer this for me I’ve been doing a lot of research on the western hog nose because I want one and everything I’ve read about it says it’s not deadly to humans but I’ve came across someone who says they nearly died from it can it kill you ? That’s all I’m worried about if it’s just a nasty bite I’m fine with it but if it can put me in a coffin I’d like to know at least
