Morning everyone! Wow we had a huge snow storm here in Michigan! Its been years since we had more than 3-5 inches of snow and we got about 9 inches of snow last night! In one way I love it and on the other way I need sun and warm weather. But we will do our best to be cheerful today! Always fun working with my snake Lucy and hope this explains my views on over feeding giant snakes. I see far too many big snake that are grossly over weight and its super simple to do it. They love to eat and its so tempting to over feed them. But it will shorten there lives by so many years its not even funny. Regardless have an amazing day everyone and send some warmth our way! Any suggestions for the next time Texas blacks out and you have a uromastyx and a ball python? I just spent 60 hours with no electricity, 2 reptiles, 3 dogs and a five year old. First it started with the house at 40 degrees with the reptiles in separate layers of my shirt warming back up. I finally got them out to the car where they stayed for 12 hours (car running) then we finally got a break with firewood from the neighbor. I brought them in once I got their cages to around 65 near the fireplace and now I can finally give them their lights and heat sources. Is there anything I need to watch for as far as health problems from all this goes?

I bought 2 of the coloring books right away! ❤❤By far the coolest thing I have ever seen!!!!! I also feel like it will make everyone feel so much more connected to the reptarium who aren't able to travel up to Michigan to see all you guys and the animals. Yea,we watch the vlogs every day and feel connected that way but having a coloring book with everyone in it and their personalities is so awesome and hilarious! Keep it up guys! I really hope their is a volume 2!!!
